It’s all about Relationship and Results — Jen Freilich
If you are ready for a supportive family-style atmosphere where wholistic transformation through obedience, proper socialization, nutrition and wellness inspire healthy relationships, you are in safe hands here, at the end of your leash.
Jen Freilich, IACP-CDT
The force has been with Jen from the beginning, before she could speak in complete sentences she was learning to work with dogs and horses, not against them. Her natural ability to understand and connect with animals, her passion for developing rewarding relationships between her canine clients and their human companions along with her intuitive ability to know what’s needed have contributed to her success as a dog trainer for more than 35 years.
Accomplished in many areas from Puppy Selection and Raising to all levels of Obedience, Mobility Service Dogs and Therapy Dog Training, rehabilitating dogs with Reactivity, Aggression and Fear, as well as specializing in Socialization (one of six worldwide, only trainer in California to hold certification in Pack to Basics™ Socialization), problem-solving and behavior modification to Animal Actor, Trick Training and everything in between.
Her unique wholistic approach to training includes the whole dog, delivering profound transformation through Canine Nutrition and Wellness Consulting, Energy and Bodywork, Trauma Recovery, Canine Iridology, Phototherapy, Herbs and Homeopathy resolving many ailments such as allergies, itching, inflammation, ear infections, hot spots, anxiety, digestive and behavior issues while improving health and lifespan.
As an Animal Communicator, Jen understands how dogs think on a much deeper level and what they require to thrive, not just survive. She has the ability to help you understand what’s missing in the relationship you have always dreamed of. You can rest assured, whatever it is you are experiencing with your companion, no matter how hopeless your situation might feel, you are in safe hands. With Jen, you have much more than a dog trainer, you have an advocate and support system for life.
Voted Best Dog Training in the Inland Empire, Jen is recognized as the trainer’s trainer, earning both national and international reputation as a problem solver from starting your pup off on the right paw to tackling even the most extreme cases, garnering referrals from top trainers across the country. Jen has often been your second, third or fourth, even your seventh dog trainer; though if you are truly ready for wholistic transformation, she will be the last trainer you’ll ever need, welcoming you and generations to come into our training family. Our Training Programs
Heel to Heal
8-week Private Obedience and Transformation Training | $4999
Heel to Heal™ is for all ages, all breeds and all issues you may be experiencing; from puppy raising, to Service Dogs, companions competing in events, fears and phobias to reactivity and aggression, as well as everything in between.
This program takes a wholistic, whole dog approach when working with your favorite family member, helping you achieve a deeper connection, better communication and healthier relationship on all levels.
The exceptional level of obedience you will learn makes pulling, lunging, barking and canine chaos becomes a distant memory as your companion walks calmly next to you instead of leading you on a wild adventure. Learning to patiently sit or down while staying in place allows for easy vacation road trips, quiet lunches on dog-friendly cafe patios, BBQs and holidays with family. Knowing that your best friend will come running to you when called, always, is truly the gift that keeps on giving.
I will personally guide you through the same methods of teaching home manners, safe management techniques and problem solving that I use with my own companions, proven to work wonders in a short amount of time.
Canine nutrition, health and wellness along with modalities designed to remove layered stress, release trauma from past experiences and regulate the nervous system are not only included, but essential. This program is especially important to help our companions start off on the right paw, prevent problems from developing, as well as for those that have missed critical early socialization and training periods. In addition, this program is invaluable to those companions looking to compete or have dreams of becoming a Service Dog.

Pack to Basics™
On-going classes
This class allows every dog- from puppies (starting at 8 weeks of age), happy and outgoing dogs and even dogs that may have some reactive or aggressive social issues- time to relax and just be a dog. As one of only 6 trainers worldwide certified to run these socialization classes, Jen (and her happy, calm, relaxed and balanced dogs) will teach socially challenged canines how to be just like them.
Pack to Basics™ is a revolutionary, comprehensive approach to canine socialization, specifically geared towards dogs with known socialization issues that might be excluded from other socialization venues. It includes everything from the initial evaluation to pre-training dogs before they can enter the social arena and preparing the questionable dogs to safely enter the classes.
By allowing dogs with difficulties getting along with other dogs to interact with the right kinds of dogs, they learn to control aggressive behavior and enjoy getting along with other dogs. The key to Pack to Basics is to use the dog's natural social behavior to reduce stress and fear, build confidence and language skills, allowing for many common behavior problems to slip away!
Pack to Basics Socialization is available to anyone who has completed a training program with us. It’s our version of a dog park, but much, much safer!
